Welcome to Our Peaceful Retreat
Located in the heart of Forest Grove, Oregon, the historic 1910 Thomas House exudes charm and warmth as well as architectural details. We are a few blocks from downtown and the Pacific University campus. The "Grove" is true to its name, with 140 tree species, including Giant Sequoias, lining the wide streets and sidewalks.
A 7-foot wide wraparound porch invites you to enjoy gracious summer lounging and daydreaming. Get away from the hectic pace of the city and discover what Forest Grove has to offer.​​
“What a great off the beaten path place to stay. We were fortunate enough to rent the whole place for 4 days. Easy access to area mass transit, and therefore all Portland attractions, we rarely used the vehicle we rented! Nice quiet area within walking distance of many restaurants that were all great! Marianne was an excellent host as well. The breakfasts she served were out of this world amazing! She was very accommodating to all of our dietary requirements to boot! We plan on staying there again whenever we are in the Portland area.” ~ December 2024

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Rates listed are double occupancy and are subject to change

Reservations require a deposit of 50% room charge and tax.

Whole house rentals require a $200 cleaning fee deposit.

If it is necessary to cancel, we require a 7 day notice prior to your scheduled arrival. For cancellations within 7 days, including early departures, the guest is responsible for the full value of the reservation, less any value the inn is able to recoup. No refunds for rooms not re-rented.
